Offset Key Time is a 3ds max tool for quickly shifting keyframe times in the Track View.

It features preset buttons for quickly storing and loading shift values, option to maintain tangent length when shifting keys, and a randomize section for randomizing the time of keyframes, either as a group or by individual keys.
